Arabic-Speaking Advertising Specialist (Hybrid Sofia Bulgaria)
We are partnering with a global digital sales and marketing solutions provider and are currently looking for an Arabic-speaking Advertising Specialist to join their growing team in Sofia. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales mindset who enjoys working with business clients and digital advertising solutions.
Responsibilities

Manage a high volume of B2B interactions via phone email video calls and online channels

Engage with decision-makers to understand business needs and identify growth opportunities

Generate qualify and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle

Maintain and manage an active sales pipeline

Accurately document activities and customer interactions in CRM systems

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients

Track performance metrics and work towards individual and team targets

Contribute to a positive and high-performing sales environment
Requirements

Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)

Previous experience in B2B sales business development or lead generation

Experience in digital advertising online marketing or technology is an advantage

Strong communication negotiation and persuasion skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

Good organizational and time-management skills

Based in Bulgaria or willing to relocate to Sofia
