Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated professional and detail-oriented individual to join our remote team as a Cruise & Vacation Planning Specialist. This role focuses on supporting clients with cruise and vacation planning services within the travel industry working with established travel partners and suppliers.

In this position you will assist clients throughout the planning and booking process by providing clear communication organized follow-through and reliable service. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys travel is comfortable working independently and can manage multiple details in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with cruise and vacation planning inquiries
Support travel bookings reservations and itinerary coordination
Communicate with clients via phone email and virtual meetings
Review options and help ensure travel details are accurate and complete
Maintain records confirmations and follow-up communication
Work with internal systems and travel partners to support client requests
Participate in training to stay current on destinations cruise lines and travel products

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older
Strong communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented and dependable
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Customer service administrative or coordination experience is a plus
Interest in travel cruising or vacation planning is strongly preferred
