We are seeking motivated detail-oriented Remote Travel Planning Consultants to assist clients with designing and coordinating memorable travel this role youll support travelers with planning and booking a wide range of trips including all-inclusive resorts cruises theme park vacations group travel and international itineraries. Key Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand travel goals preferences timelines and budgets

Research destinations accommodations flights activities and travel packages

Provide knowledgeable recommendations on resorts cruises excursions and travel protection options

Coordinate and confirm reservations for flights lodging cruises transportation and vacation packages

Prepare detailed itineraries and manage booking documentation and updates

Stay informed on supplier offerings promotions and destination updates through ongoing training

Support clients before during and after travel to ensure a smooth experience

Maintain accurate client records notes and booking details

Qualifications

Interest in travel and helping clients plan successful trips

Strong communication and customer service skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Comfortable learning new systems and tools (training provided)

Self-directed dependable and able to work independently in a remote setting

Previous experience in travel hospitality sales or customer service is a plus but not required
