Job Summary

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our growing this role you will be responsible for building brand awareness growing our global audience and generating inbound leads through organic social media strategies.

You will work closely with the marketing and design teams to create engaging content that strengthens our brand presence and supports global recruitment campaigns.

What Will You Do:

Manage and grow company presence across platforms including LinkedIn Instagram TikTok and Facebook.
Develop and execute social media content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
Create engaging posts focused on recruitment insights employer branding and career advice.
Track engagement follower growth and content performance using analytics tools.
Manage comments direct messages and community interactions to build audience relationships.
Collaborate with the design team to develop visually engaging content.
Identify social media trends and create viral or high-engagement content.

What Makes You A Good Fit:

2-4 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses.
Strong understanding of organic growth strategies across major social media platforms.
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills for engaging social media content.
Experience using social media analytics and performance tracking tools.
Ability to identify trends and create content that drives engagement and audience growth.
Experience building personal or company brands on LinkedIn is a plus.
Experience creating short-form video content is an advantage.
