What Will You Do

Key Responsibility:

Lead complex enterprise-scale IT and digital transformation programmes end-to-end
Partner with business and technology leaders to translate business strategy into executable technology roadmaps
Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery ensuring solutions are fit-for-purpose and value-driven
Manage multi-vendor multi-team delivery across architecture engineering data and business stakeholders
Drive governance planning risk management and dependency control across large delivery portfolios
Facilitate executive steering forums focused on progress risks business impact and adoption
Ensure technology solutions are successfully implemented adopted and embedded into business operations
Track delivery outcomes across technical performance business benefits and user adoption

Who Do You Need to Be

Bachelors degree (IT Engineering Computer Science Business or similar)
Project / programme management certification (PMP PRINCE2 MSP SAFe or equivalent)
Experience with Agile hybrid or large-scale delivery frameworks preferred

5 years experience in IT project or programme management delivering large and complex initiatives
Proven experience leading enterprise technology transformations (e.g. core systems ERP cloud data platform modernisation)
Strong ability to translate business needs into technical delivery plans
Confidence engaging with C-suite business executives and senior technology leaders
Experience managing system integrators vendors and cross-functional delivery teams
Comfortable working across strategy architecture engineering and operations
