Job Description

We are looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international remote team supporting premium automotive and digital service projects.
The role includes handling customer requests providing professional support across channels resolving issues efficiently and delivering a high-quality customer experience in line with brand standards.

Candidate Profile

Fluent Danish speaker (C2)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Problem-solving oriented
Comfortable working in a remote international environment
Previous customer service experience is an asset

Salary & Compensation Package

Base Salary: 1500 (14 months)
Meal Allowance: 7.63 per day
Complexity Bonus: 80 per month (11 months)
Position Bonus (Braga): 20 per month (12 months)
Health Insurance:
- Active from Day 1 (monthly contribution required)
- Free after 6 months of contract
- Relocation support avaible
