Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer / Manager with strong exposure to electrical products sales in government infrastructure and institutional projects.

Product Experience (Mandatory)
LT / HT Control Panels
Wires & Switches
MCB MCCB DBs
Lighting (Indoor / Outdoor / Architectural / Street lighting)

Key Client Segments
Government Departments: PWD CPWD
Airports
Railways
NRDA / Development Authorities
Hotels Hospitals
Builders / EPC Contractors / Developers

Key Responsibilities
Business development & sales for government and project clients
Tender tracking enquiry generation & follow-ups
Liaison with consultants architects electrical contractors & govt officials
Specification selling & brand approval
Achieving sales targets and expanding market presence
Coordination with internal teams (design accounts dispatch)

Candidate Profile
Diploma / BE / BTech (Electrical preferred)
Minimum 34 years of relevant project sales experience
Strong network in govt departments & project contractors
Knowledge of tendering process (GeM CPWD PWD etc.)
Good communication & negotiation skills
Local market knowledge of Raipur / Chhattisgarh preferred
