The Group Fitness Instructor (Aquafit CycleFit Pilates Boot Camp & HIIT STRONG Nation or Kickboxing DrumFit or Drumming Zumba) will be responsible for the coordination and direct delivery of their assigned group fitness classes. This position is part-time position with a flexible schedule based on programming needs. This may include mornings afternoons evenings weekends with an emphasis on Group Fitness program reviews and the provision of excellent customer service.

What Youll Do

  • Direct delivery of (Aquafit CycleFit Pilates Boot Camp & HIIT STRONG Nation or Kickboxing DrumFit or Drumming Zumba) fitness classes modeling service excellence in assigned program areas.
  • Interaction with members developing positive relationships and addressing concerns or questions.
  • Maintain relevant certifications/licenses.
  • Required to work a variety of shifts which may include weekends evenings holidays and early mornings.
  • Attend scheduled training events and staff meetings at outlined training wage.

What Youll Bring

  • Current Standard First Aid and CPR-C certification
  • Up to date and relevant Group Fitness Certifications and/or License such as YMCA Group Fitness or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in teaching group fitness classes i.e. Boot Camp AquaFit.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Must provide a current Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (issued within the past 6months)as per the Associations policy.
