Responsibilities

• Map define & maintain clear roles and responsibilities for data ownership stewardship and access
• Develop and implement enterprise-wide data governance policies standards and procedures
• Analyze and redesign data-related business processes to improve efficiency accuracy and usability
• Lead change management initiatives to support adoption of new governance practices
• Create & execute training plan to ensure data completeness & compliance with the data model & process

Requirements

• Masters degree in Information Management Business Administration Data Science or a related field
• Experience working in international multicountry environments ideally within a matrix organization
• Proven ability to partner with both technical teams (IT data engineers solution teams) and business stakeholders translating needs into actionable data governance practices
• Strong communication and changemanagement skills with the ability to create clarity bring people along and embed new ways of working
• Effective influencer across cultures and hierarchies able to challenge constructively and gain buyin
• Handson knowledge of data platforms and tools including databases data warehouses and data cataloguing solutions
• Processdriven mindset with a genuine interest in data topics governance frameworks and continuous improvement
• Fluent in English any additional European language is a plus
