We are looking for a Financial Reporting Lead who is detail-oriented motivated and committed to join us in our Finance team based in our HQ office in Brussels Belgium.

About the role

You will be working in a team that manages and oversees the financial reporting processes ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. This role involves preparing financial statements analyzing financial data and supporting audits.

Who youll work with

You will collaborate with a committed team of finance professionals including accountants auditors and financial analysts. Together you will work on upholding the accuracy of financial records and assisting the companys financial health through detailed reporting and analysis.

What youll do

• Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
• Analyze financial data for accuracy and trends.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments for financial reporting.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
• Translate business requirements into a realistic and feasible global framework.

Interested For this role were looking for the following education experience and skills:

• 10 years of professional background in finance (accounting and controlling) preferably in complex global companies with outsourced model.
• Strong project management skills.
• Capability to translate business requirements into a realistic and feasible global framework.
• Proficient analytical skills and skilled usage of Excel.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong practical expertise in SAP S/4HANA and Power BI is required.
• Experience with Anaplan is a plus.
