We are looking for a Financial Reporting Lead who brings strong PowerBI reporting expertise a leadership mindset and the ability to drive our Power BI-based reporting solutions to join us in our Corporate Development & Finance (CD&F DT) team based in our UCB Headquarters Brussels Belgium.

This role is intended for someone who combines end-to-end ownership of financial reporting with the capability to advance Power BI as a key reporting solution within UCBs global reporting landscape.

About the role

As Financial Reporting Lead you will play a key global role in UCBs financial reporting organization with a strong emphasis on Power BI as part of the global reporting framework. You will be responsible for defining improving and governing end-to-end financial reporting processes across your assigned domains (e.g. Sales P&L OPEX CAPEX Record-to-Report). You will ensure that financial insights are delivered in a consistent transparent and scalable way contributing to the continuous evolution of Power BI-enabled reporting while maintaining strong governance and alignment with global standards.

Who youll work with

You will work closely with a global network of Finance and Digital Technology stakeholders including Finance Business Partners Global and Local FP&A Accounting and reporting experts across regions and affiliates. You will act as a key point of reference for Power BI-based financial reporting supporting alignment quality and effective use of reporting outputs across the organization

What youll do

• Drive and continuously improve financial reporting using Power BI within the global reporting framework
• Take global ownership for financial reporting standards frameworks and governance
• Lead the continuous improvement of end-to-end financial reporting processes
• Act as a senior interface between Finance business stakeholders and Digital Technology
• Support the development and enhancement of financial reports and dashboards with Power BI as a core solution
• Drive harmonization and simplification of the global reporting landscape
• Support budgeting forecasting and long-range planning from a reporting perspective
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support management decision-making
• Guide and align reporting experts and finance stakeholders across regions

Interested For this role were looking for the following education experience and skills:

• Solid experience in global financial reporting controlling or accounting
• Strong experience working with Power BI in a financial reporting context
• Proven ability to take ownership of reporting topics in a complex organization
• Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of financial processes performance management and governance
• Analytical structured and solution-oriented mindset
