We are seeking an Information Technology Director to play a leadership role in shaping the technological landscape post-M&A within our affiliated group of core complementary and adjacent businesses. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities and technical acumen with a collaborative and pragmatic mindset.

This Director will collaborate cross-functionally to define prioritize develop implement and maintain Information Technology strategy and solutions that enable achievement of Business Unit and Corporate goals and objectives. This role will focus primarily on enabling technological solutions for acquisitions including integration activities across technological landscapes within the affiliated group. This is a hands-on role with both strategic and operational focuses with a broad set of stakeholders.

• Experience with Traditional and Agile SDLC..
• Knowledge of complex enterprise platforms including ERP such as SAP

• Demonstrated success leading global M&A technology integrations.
• Strong leadership skills including ability to influence and drive team players to action and commitment.

• Oversee complex ERP (SAP and Compiere) initiatives spanning across end-to-end business areas.
• Lead M&A integration activities across technology landscapes; manage and/or support those landscapes beyond integration.
• Oversee daily operations of the Information Technology function and personnel.
• Independently and effectively organize and manage multiple assignments with challenging timelines.
• Manage technology vendors and strategic partners ensuring cost efficiency and service quality.
• Partner with Legal Compliance and Internal Control teams to ensure adherence to US and global regulatory requirements including the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
• Proactively drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all areas pertaining to data and proprietary information.
• Recruit retain and coach staff to ensure successful performance
