Job Summary

St. Charles Catholic School located in Bloomington is seeking a full-time primary teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. St. Charles serves students in pre-school through 8th grade and has a long history rooted in the Catholic faith. St. Charles is seeking a compassionate teacher who will build relationships engage students in hands-on learning and positively contribute to the school community. The teacher would be responsible for establishing routines and procedures building positive relationships and teaching a standards-aligned curriculum that ensures a students love of learning and growth. Modeling Christian values in a faith environment is a priority. Additional duties beyond the classroom assignment may also be assigned.

Teacher candidates will be responsible for lesson planning curricular mapping and all other teaching-related expectations. Collaboration with other teachers and a commitment to professional development are key. A valid Indiana teaching license and a bachelors degree are required.
