- Assist the Director in managing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth functioning of programs.
- Supervise train and evaluate staff to maintain high-quality service.
- Support budget planning reporting and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement organizational policies.

- Marketing & Advertising Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote programs services and events.
- Manage social media accounts newsletters and other digital platforms.
- Design and coordinate advertising campaigns to attract new clients and enhance brand visibility.
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Foster relationships with clients partners and the community to expand the organizations reach.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
