The Opportunity

Werehiring a Product Manager focused onRetention helping customers fully realize the value of Acrobat Sign.The mission is twofold:help individual users activate quickly and send more agreements and introduce new e-signature use cases across organizations.This is a high-ownership role for an early-career PM or recent MBA who thrives in ambiguity moves fast and wants to work on problems that directlyimpactcustomer value retention and revenue.

WhatYoullDo

  • Own retention outcomes:Drive initiatives that increase adoption and usage across SMB and Enterprise customers defining clear success metrics and staying accountable for results.

  • Solve ambiguous problems:Retention challenges are rarely obvious.Youllbreak down unclear signals-usage patterns customer feedback and funnel data-into well-framed problems and decisive action plans using both qualitative and quantitative inputs.

  • Build customer-backed solutions:Translate customer insights into shipped outcomes by partnering with engineering design data sales and customer success.

What You Need to Succeed

Experience

  • 2 years of experience in product management or a recently completed MBA.

  • Background in consulting internal strategy analytics ora relatedrole preferred.

  • Experience working with both SMB and Enterprise customers preferred.

  • Bachelorsdegree.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $$205150 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge skillsand experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

In California the pay range for this position is $141700 - $205150

At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
