We are seeking an experienced Jr. Project Manager / Technician III with a strong background in fire alarm and fire suppression systems. This role combines advanced technical expertise with field leadership supporting complex installations in large commercial and mission-critical environments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support field execution of fire alarm and fire suppression systems
- Provide technical oversight for specialized systems including programming testing and inspections
- Support installers and subcontractors with troubleshooting and system-level guidance
- Interface with inspectors general contractors customers and site leadership
- Assist with field coordination quality control and code compliance
- Work with advanced fire protection and life safety systems across large facilities
- Support systems utilizing manufacturers such as Kidde and Potter ensuring compliance with applicable standards
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in the fire alarm and/or fire suppression industry
- NICET certification in Fire Alarm or Fire Suppression preferred
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Low-voltage fire alarm systems
- Programming and commissioning
- Inspections and code compliance
- Prior experience as a lead technician field supervisor or project manager preferred
- Strong understanding of complex fire protection systems in large commercial environments
Compensation & Travel:
- Pay Rate: $32$35/hr depending on experience and certifications
- Work primarily in the Denver metro area
- Occasional short-term out-of-town travel may be required
- Per diem and travel expenses provided
- Use of personal vehicle required
- Mileage reimbursement provided
