Job Summary

CommercialFleetAccount Manager

Location:Olathe Fleet Solutions Olathe KS

Pay Range:$60000 base salarycommission

Hours:Monday-Friday 8am-5pm FT

Olathe Fleet Solutions isexpandingand we are looking for a driven relationship focusedprofessionalto help manage and grow our commercial fleet accounts. This is not a transactional car sales role. This isconsultative relationship driven account management inside a growing commercial division. If you thrive on building long-term partnerships solving business problems and creating measurable value for clients- this is youropportunity!

Responsibilities:

  • Own client on boarding and implementation of fleet services
  • Proactively manage and grow assigned fleet accounts
  • Identify penetration opportunities and revenue expansion
  • Partner with Sales and Operations team to support demons and follow-ups
  • Oversee vehicle life cycle (acquisition replacement decommissioning)
  • Advise clients on financing TRAC leases and fleet solutions
  • Deliver reporting insights on utilizationcost per-mile fuel efficiency and compliance
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and account documentation
  • Drive retention and long-term client satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency working with Salesforce including leads accounts opportunities and other web based products
  • Familiarity with Fleetio and other web-based software products is a plus
  • Highly responsive to client needs delivering fast consistent and effective support
  • Strong process discipline with the ability to manage CRM workflows cadences and data accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal pod partners vendors and clients
  • Adaptable and flexible able to pivot priorities based on client vendor and team needs
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks throughout the day and week to consistently meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer first mindset
  • Strong organizational skills attention to detail and a basis for action with a service-oriented approach
