A great opportunity has come up for an Industrial Relations Advisor to work alongside our People & Operations team and play a key role in shaping how we support fair consistent and constructive workplace practices across CN. Reporting to the People & Operations Manager youll work closely with Business Partners leaders unions and external stakeholders. Your day to day work will involve providing practical IR/ER advice supporting the implementation of CNs Enterprise Agreement 2026 assisting with investigations contributing to policy development and stepping in on more complex matters that need balanced judgement and a collaborative approach.
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people has a good understanding of industrial relations frameworks and instruments and has experience dealing with performance and employee relations matters. Youll need to be able to communicate clearly manage your workload confidently maintain confidentiality and put together well reasoned written advice.
