Job Summary
We are looking for 2 Site Directors profiles for an interim management assignment of 6 months in France (Greater Paris area).
Profile
- Senior Operations leader with 10 years of experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing within Big Pharma and / or established biotech environments.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale sterile manufacturing operations ensuring cGMP compliance operational reliability and inspection readiness across FDA and EMA regulated sites.
- Extensive experience in managing complex organisations scaling operations and stabilising performance during periods of transformation capacity expansion and regulatory scrutiny.
- Recognised for strong people leadership operational excellence mindset and the ability to translate strategy into predictable execution.
- Ability to manage crisis situations and implement remedial measures.
- Perfect command of French language.
