Responsibilities
We are seeking a versatile and experienced Nurse to join our Sioux City UPC Team. As a Float Nurse you will have the opportunity to work across multiple clinics within our network providing comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background excellent adaptability and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
- Provide nursing care in various clinical settings including primary care specialty clinics urgent care and outpatient services.
- Perform patient assessments screenings and health evaluations based on clinic protocols and provider orders.
- Administer medications treatments and vaccinations as prescribed.
- Assist with minor procedures wound care and patient education.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans tailored to each patients needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation electronic health records (EHR) and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Foster a positive patient experience by delivering compassionate and culturally sensitive care.
Qualifications
- Valid and current RN OR LPN licensure in the state of Iowa
- RN or LPN- Iowa Board of Nursing
- Prior experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred
- Familiarity with EPIC a plus!
