About the Role

You will join a Cyberdefense & Digital Fraud organization responsible for defining and enforcing cybersecurity strategy across a large complex group. Within this structure the Security Review Management (SRM) function brings together multiple expert teams to deliver a holistic consistent and risk-driven security posture.

As a Technical Security Analyst you will be part of a transversal coordination and remediation team working closely with Red Team Cyber Assessment and Cyber Program specialists to ensure that security findings are properly analyzed prioritized and remediated across the organization.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy technical depth cross-team collaboration and turning security findings into concrete risk reduction.

Your Role What Youll Do

Technical Analysis of Security Reviews

• Analyze reports from penetration tests red team exercises and technical security assessments
• Identify critical vulnerabilities weaknesses and systemic risks
• Assess the quality and relevance of technical conclusions
• Provide clear actionable and tailored remediation recommendations

Remediation Monitoring & Governance

• Support entities in understanding security findings impact and remediation expectations
• Review assess and challenge remediation action plans
• Track and monitor security action plans across their full lifecycle
• Evaluate technical evidence (logs configurations scans artifacts)
• Consolidate progress identify blockers and produce reliable governance reporting
• Prepare clear structured reports for different management and governance levels

Review Coordination

• Contribute to coordinating review phases: scoping kickoff results presentation and follow-up
• Ensure smooth communication and information flow between stakeholders

Cross-Functional Contribution

• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes tools and methodologies
• Coordinate with multiple lines of defense (Red Team technical teams Cyber Programs Audit)
• Promote consistency knowledge sharing and avoidance of duplication

Technical Skills & Experience

• 3 years of experience in Cybersecurity (pentesting technical audit SOC incident response security assessments)
• Strong understanding of attack techniques and threat models (MITRE ATT&CK exploitation post-exploitation)
• Proven experience analyzing Pentest and Red Team reports
• Solid knowledge of security domains:
• IAM / PAM
• Monitoring & Logging
• System & Application Hardening
• Secure Architecture
• Patch & Vulnerability Management
• Ability to analyze technical evidence challenge experts and translate complexity into clarity

Soft Skills

• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce clear structured and reliable deliverables
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Comfortable communicating complex technical topics to varied audiences
