En étroite collaboration avec les équipes dingénierie et de produits dApplied AI vous aiderez les clients du secteur des services financiers à intégrer et à déployer lIA tout en découvrant lensemble de ses capacités dans les domaines de la banque de lassurance de la gestion dactifs et des marchés de capitaux. En collaboration avec les équipes GTM et Marketing vous affinerez continuellement notre proposition de valeur notre méthodologie de vente et notre positionnement sur le marché afin de répondre aux besoins des décideurs financiers et de garantir une valeur différenciée à travers lécosystème des Services Financiers.

Le candidat idéal est un leader impliqué passionné par le développement du personnel lidentification des opportunités de marché dans les services financiers et la mise en œuvre de stratégies pour les saisir. En dirigeant le déploiement des produits émergents dAnthropic vous aiderez les institutions financières à débloquer de nouvelles capacités tout en faisant progresser le développement éthique de lIA.

Responsabilités :

  • Constituer et diriger une équipe performante de responsables de comptes dentreprise spécialisée dans les services financiers en proposant du coaching du mentorat et des conseils pour favoriser le succès de léquipe
  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de vente adaptées aux cycles dapprovisionnement et aux processus budgétaires des services financiers afin datteindre et de dépasser les quotas de revenus de léquipe
  • Créer et maintenir des prévisions précises gérer le pipeline et établir des rapports tout en garantissant lintégrité des données dans les systèmes de gestion de la relation client (CRM)
  • Travailler en partenariat avec Enablement pour développer des programmes de formation et des ressources qui accélèrent le temps de mise en œuvre et lefficacité du directeur de comptes entreprise en mettant laccent sur les cycles dachat et les processus de prise de décision des services financiers
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes dingénierie de lIA appliquée pour démontrer les capacités techniques avant la vente et optimiser les solutions après la vente pour les applications financières
  • Permettez à votre équipe davoir des conversations techniques crédibles sur les applications de lIA dans les services financiers tout en maintenant des mesures de protection appropriées en matière de conformité et de réglementation

Posséder et entretenir les relations CxO

Recueillir et synthétiser les réactions des utilisateurs des services financiers afin dorienter les produits et daméliorer lexpérience client

Construire et affiner continuellement la méthodologie de vente des services financiers en intégrant les apprentissages dans les guides et les meilleures pratiques

Profil recherché :

  • Plus de 15 ans dexpérience en vente en entreprise dans les technologies de services financiers de préférence en favorisant ladoption de solutions SaaS ou de technologies émergentes
  • Plus de 5 ans dexpérience dans la direction des ventes idéalement à la tête déquipes vendant à des institutions de services financiers en France ou sur le marché européen au sens large
  • Expérience confirmée dans la création et la direction déquipes commerciales hautement performantes qui vendent à des institutions financières avec des succès démontrés dans le coaching et le développement dAE
  • Expérience de la mise en place et de la mise à léchelle de processus doutils et de méthodologies de vente dans des organisations à croissance rapide proposant des services financiers
  • Forte maîtrise technique et capacité à comprendre les solutions complexes dIA et leurs applications dans les services financiers avec une expérience permettant aux équipes davoir des conversations techniques crédibles avec les parties prenantes y compris les CTO les CDO et les responsables des risques
  • Expérience réussie de partenariat avec des équipes techniques tout au long du parcours du client au sein dinstitutions financières
  • Compréhension approfondie des cycles dachat des services financiers des cadres réglementaires (y compris les considérations relatives à la loi sur lIA de lUE) des processus dapprovisionnement et des principaux points de friction
  • Capacité avérée à gérer des cycles de vente complexes et multidimensionnels avec divers groupes de parties prenantes et à piloter des initiatives interfonctionnelles
  • Expérience de la gestion de cycles de vente complexes au sein dinstitutions financières et de laide aux acteurs économiques pour la conclusion de contrats stratégiques
  • Grande rigueur opérationnelle dans la gestion du pipeline les prévisions et les indicateurs de vente spécifiques aux cycles de vente des services financiers
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à établir des relations à tous les niveaux des analystes aux cadres supérieurs des services financiers

About the role

As a Sales Manager for Financials Services at Anthropic you will be a key member of the French leadership team defining and executing on our FSI strategy. Youll lead a cross functional team including Enterprise Account Executives driving the adoption of safe frontier AI by securing strategic deals with leading financial institutions across France. Youll leverage your leadership consultative sales expertise and network in the Financial Services sector to propel revenue growth while developing a high-performing team

Working closely with Applied AI Engineering and Product teams youll help Financial Services customers embed and deploy AI while uncovering its full range of capabilities across banking insurance asset management and capital collaboration with GTM and Marketing teams youll continuously refine our value proposition sales methodology and market positioning to resonate with financial decision-makers and ensure differentiated value across the Financial Services landscape.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for developing people identifying market opportunities within Financial Services and executing strategies to capture them. By leading the deployment of Anthropics emerging products you will help financial institutions unlock new capabilities while also advancing the ethical development of AI.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on Financial Services providing coaching mentorship and guidance to drive team success
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to Financial Services procurement cycles and budgeting processes to meet and exceed team revenue quotas
  • Create and maintain accurate forecasts pipeline management and reporting while ensuring data integrity in CRM systems
  • Partner with Enablement to develop training programs and resources that accelerate AE ramp time and effectiveness with specific focus on Financial Services buying cycles and decision-making processes
  • Work closely with Applied AI Engineering teams to demonstrate technical capabilities pre-sales and optimise solutions post-sales for financial applications
  • Enable your team to have credible technical conversations about AI applications in Financial Services while maintaining appropriate guardrails around compliance and regulatory considerations
  • Build strong partnerships across the organisation to drive strategic initiatives within the Financial Services sector
  • Identify and execute on new market opportunities and use cases for Anthropics AI solutions within banking insurance asset management and capital markets
  • Help your team navigate complex financial stakeholder ecosystems including executives risk officers compliance teams IT departments and procurement offices to build consensus
  • Own and nurture CxO relationships
  • Gather and synthesise customer feedback from Financial Services users to inform product direction and enhance customer experience
  • Build and continuously refine the Financial Services sales methodology by incorporating learnings into playbooks and best practices

You may be a good fit if you have:

  • 15 years of enterprise sales experience in Financial Services technology preferably driving adoption of SaaS or emerging technologies
  • 5 years of sales leadership experience ideally leading teams selling into Financial Services institutions in France or the broader European market
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams selling into financial institutions with demonstrated success in coaching and developing AEs
  • Experience establishing and scaling sales processes tools and methodologies in fast-growing organisations serving Financial Services
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to understand complex AI solutions and their applications in Financial Services with experience enabling teams to have credible technical conversations with stakeholders including CTOs CDOs and risk officers
  • Track record of successful partnership with technical teams throughout the customer journey within financial institutions
  • Deep understanding of Financial Services buying cycles regulatory frameworks (including EU AI Act considerations) procurement processes and key pain points
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex multithreaded sales cycles across diverse stakeholder groups and drive cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles within financial institutions and helping AEs secure strategic deals
  • Strong operational rigor in pipeline management forecasting and sales metrics specific to Financial Services sales cycles
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across all levels from analysts to C-suite executives in Financial Services
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Strategic approach to market analysis combined with tactical excellence in execution
  • Passion for AI technology and commitment to its safe responsible development for financial use cases

The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.

For sales roles the range provided is the roles On Target Earnings (OTE) range meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

Annual Salary:

300.000 - 375.000 EUR

Logistics

Education requirements: We require at least a Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However some roles may require more time in our offices.
