Inside Sales Representative

We are currently seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business.
You will play a key role in supporting our regional sales organization partnering closely with Account Managers and sales leadership to drive revenue growth operational excellence and high-quality execution across your assigned region and accounts.
As an Inside Sales Representative you will:
Develop and qualify new lead opportunities to drive incremental revenue across target verticals.
Generate prospective customers through warm and cold calling marketing-generated leads telemarketing and web inquiries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and end-users.
Manage the full sales cycle for smaller opportunities including renewals and transactional business.
Support Account Managers through joint strategic planning opportunity management and customer engagement.
Provide coverage for Account Managers during absences including forecast reviews QBR participation and acting as the first point of contact for accounts and partners.
Work closely with senior sales leadership to monitor KPIs dashboards and Salesforce (SFDC) data quality.
Lead operational tasks such as POS collection from distributors deal remapping and deal recognition activities.
Ensure accurate forecasting and support quarterly consolidation activities at the beginning and end of each fiscal quarter.
Maintain high-quality pipeline hygiene and activity tracking within Salesforce (SFDC).
Take ownership of regional marketing campaigns coordinating with Telemarketing and reporting outcomes to sales and marketing teams.
Stay current on industry trends competitive positioning and Fortinets evolving product portfolio.
We Are Looking For
Capacity and ambition to grow into a Team Lead role within the next two years.
47 years of experience in Inside Sales Sales Administration or Sales Operations.
Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Mandatory Salesforce (SFDC) proficiency and strong understanding of sales processes.
Strong Excel skills including data analysis and reporting.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on operational excellence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
Team-oriented collaborative and positive with high integrity and honesty.
Hunter mentality with the drive to exceed targets and KPIs.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team goals.
