About the Role
Local supplier management and audit activities; Customer activity support such as NSA/ PSA BIQS/ Q1 audits and field return complaints handling; Manage Harman source inspection and shipment quality guarantee and new project onsite support such as activity of PPAP and APQP.
What You Will Do
- Focused on Weifang area supplier quality management and related automotive customer support.
- Support ongoing automotive microphone business (global customer DAIMLER GM Ford FCA HMC TATA etc.).
- Drive supplier to make continuous improvement and support customer on each planned audit (NSA/PSA or annual audit).
- Quality tools (SPC 8D PPAP etc.) are essential.
- Collaboration judgement and results driven HARMAN competencies are highly required.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Communicate in Mandarin and English.
- BS or BA in Engineering or equivalent experience in Quality Management.
- Work independently and diligently with little supervision and cooperate well in the team environment. Have good teamwork spirit and high motivation on assigned work.
Bonus Points if You Have
- Over 8 years of experience in quality control and supplier management and/or formal training in quality system to fully understand the quality management.
- Have experience in consumer electronics and acoustic industry preferably in quality management.
- Familiar with different quality tools and methods to do the data processing and analyzing.
- Familiar with quality system such as ISO 9001 IATF 16949 and automotive industries standards.
What Makes You Eligible
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
You have a working knowledge of English.
- You are willing to travel if necessary.
Due to the nature of global infrastructure you understand that flexibility in working hours is required.
You can obtain a government security clearance; You are eligible to work in China.
