Were looking for a Senior-level Developer in Test who thrives in backend automation loves clean architectures and wants to influence how quality is built into microservices from day one. Youll lead test strategy design powerful Java-based automation frameworks mentor others and work in an environment where AI is officially supported to boost productivity test design and analysis. If you enjoy owning quality end-to-end and shaping how teams test this role is for you.

This is what youll do:

• Design and develop robust test automation frameworks for Java backend services
• Create and maintain comprehensive test suites including system-integration and end-to-end tests
• Collaborate with development team to implement testing best practices and shift-left testing strategies
• Analyze test results identify defects and work with developers to resolve issues
• Optimize test execution time and improve test coverage across microservices architecture
• Mentor team members and contribute to teams technical growth
• Lead test strategy discussions and contribute to architectural decisions

Youll bring us these skills:

• 5 years of hands-on experience in software testing and test automation
• Strong proficiency in Java and JVM-based testing frameworks (JUnit TestNG Mockito AssertJ)
• Extensive experience with backend services testing including REST APIs message queues and databases
• Hands-on expertise with test automation tools and frameworks (RestAssured Cucumber/BDD/Selenium)
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins GitLab CI GitHub Actions)
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker Kubernetes)
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
