Reporting to the Product Lead you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end product lifecycle for Business and Agribusiness lending from strategy and portfolio management through to deliveryoptimisationand ongoing performance. Youll work closely with frontline bankers credit risk pricing operations and digital teams to ensure our products are commercially strong fit-for-purpose and deliver a great customer and banker experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Product Strategy:Investigate market trendsacross Business& Agribusiness Lending analyse competitor strategies and contribute to the product roadmaps and backlogs that align with our target customer segments.
- Product Development:Support the creation of well-researched business cases and collaborate with stakeholders across the business to bring new and innovative product solutions to life.
- Product Management:Undertake all day-to-day product management activities including making incremental improvements supporting product simplification and ensuring changes align with our Product Lifecycle Framework.
- Risk & Compliance:Build a strong understanding of the business lending regulatory and risk landscape including credit policy responsible lending DDO/TMD obligations and operational risk ensuring products are designed and managed in line with bank policies and regulatory expectations.
- Leadership & Culture:Take ownership of your personal growth contribute to our high-performing team culture and actively support the delivery ofnew business lending capabilities systems and product initiatives that improve outcomes for customers and bankers.
