Specifically we are looking for aTS/SCI clearedNetworkEngineer- SMEto support this missionat Pope Army Airfield North Carolina.

Responsibilities:

As aNetworkEngineer- SME you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include:

• Provides strategic technical and management leadership for defining the overarching vision policies and architectural standards for C2ISR Integration Facility network support across the entire enterprise.
• Establishes enterprise-level goals and long-range strategic plans for the development and validation of integration facilities ensuring network infrastructure supports the most complex C2ISR hardware and software integration requirements.
• Serves as the principal authority on network architecture for Tactical Data Centers advanced multi-tenancy containerization and virtualization within integration laboratory environments.
• Directs and controls all network infrastructure initiatives within integration facilities holding ultimate responsibility for strategic planning resource allocation and process methodologies to support C2ISR system design development integration and evaluation.
• Leverages deep domain and expert technical knowledge to conduct comprehensive network architectural reviews develop advanced mitigation strategies for integration network vulnerabilities and integrate innovative proactive networking solutions (e.g. AI-driven network optimization for labs).
• Engages in high-level client negotiations and strategic interfacing with senior management shaping network policies resource allocation and technical standardswith critical impact on C2ISR mission effectiveness and the speed of capability development.
• Utilize the followingTO Management & Financial Tracking Tools: Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power BI Power Automate); G Invoicing API; ASSIST portal integration; variance analysis dashboards; MS Project; Primavera; GFP management modules; WBS tracking systems; ServiceNow; Jira Service Desk; automated RIP/CTP/TAR workflows; SharePoint libraries; Confluence; Microsoft Search; lessons learned databases; video library repositories;eMass Archer GRC; internal audit portals; Excel/SharePoint audit templates; CMDB with version control; Power BI with R/Python integration; Tableau; predictive analytics engines; Teams; Azure AD role based access; mobile access via Power Apps.

Required qualifications:

• Previousexperience asaNetworkEngineeror similar rolesupporting a DoD customer at the CCMDlevel
• Minimum of 8yearsexperiencewith BS/BA or6years experiencewith MS/MA or 5years experiencewith PhD. OR 12 years without a degree OR 10 years with AS/AA

• A current active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level
• DOD 8140 Compliance based on functional role for WRC: 441 Network Operations Specialist Advanced Level / ability to obtain

DesiredQualifications:

• DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment.
• Minimum of12yearsexperiencewith BS/BA or10years experiencewith MS/MA or7years experiencewith PhD. OR 16 years without a degree OR 14 years with AS/AA

• Location:Pope Army Airfield NC

• On-site expectations: Full-time on-site presencefor equipment management and asset tracking

• Travel:May require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites forlogisticscoordination and facility assessments
