This remote-based role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships driving demand and delivering exceptional customer West Texas or New Mexico (preferably in Amarillo Lubbock Midland or Albuquerque)with the ability to travel 50% of the time.
In this role you will provide best-in-class service to residential and commercial customers whilerepresentingAHF Products full portfolio of industry-leading brands and surfaces. You will professionally present and promote products across Porcelain and Specialty Tile Natural Stone Quarry Solid and Engineered Wood LVP HDPC and Allied Products helping customers find the right solutions for every project. You will serve as a trusted partner to designers builders retailers and distributorsusing informative engaging presentations to create demand and generate sales opportunities for Crossville Studios Armstrong Flooring Robbins and AHF Contract Commercial products. Our offerings include exclusive access to Crossville porcelain ceramic stone quarry hardwood and HDPC through Crossville Studios as well as Armstrong and AHF Contract products sold through our independent distributor about surfaces sales and building lasting customer relationships this is your opportunity to grow with a leader in the flooring industry.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties:
- Identifyand target key Builders Dealers Designers and Pool/Outdoor Living Professionals within your territory and develop strong long-term relationships with decision-makers.
- Build and manage relationships with end users architects/interior designers flooring contractors and other key buyersestablishingtrust that leads to ongoing partnerships and sales.
- Proactively pursue new business through networking social media outreach and strategic cold calling.
- Plan and execute sales-driving marketing campaignsspecial events and sponsorships to increase brand awareness strengthen relationships and achieve revenue goals.
- Collaborate closely with customer support and management throughout the specification and order fulfillment process ensuring clear communication and successful project execution.
- Support clients withbudgeting andpreparesubmit andmanageformal pricing proposals and bids.
- Maintainaccurateand up-to-date records in the CRM including customer profiles contacts account activity and project tracking.
- Prepare sales forecasts and projections to support team planning and strategic decisions.
- Update andmaintainlibraries and design studios with current AHF Products samples and merchandising materials.
- Visit job sites to present the features and benefits of AHF residential product lines the AHF team and showroom capabilities.
- Deliver polished professional presentations highlighting AHF Products services solutions and company strengths.
- Occasionally support inside sales efforts and collaborate with the broader sales team to share product updates and integrate specialty items into existing assortments.
- Respond promptly to customer needs and providetimely solution-oriented feedback on all sales-related matters.
- Stay well-prepared by researching customers markets and competitors before every engagement.
- Set clearobjectivesand execute within AHF Products strategic framework to achieve and exceed targets.
- Manage and grow residential and commercial accounts within the territory completing reports and goals on time.
- Partner with management to help develop annual quarterly and monthly sales strategies and action plans.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of flooring experience or residential designer/builder experience commercial building/design experience
- Mustresidein West Texas or New Mexico (preferably in Amarillo Lubbock Midland or Albuquerque)
- Flooring product/industryknowledgewith established relationships with key decisionmakers in target accountspreferred
- Workingproficiencyin Spanishpreferred
- Strongworkingknowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook (Excel PowerPoint Word)
- Exceptional knowledge and experience in account based selling strategy
- Openness to learning new techniques in product knowledge trainingsellingand problem-solving
