What will you do
You will be a team player with knowledge of and experience in Global Supply Chain Management International HRM or related fields (instruction training coaching). The core of the position is the provision of education and the coaching and guidance of international students within both programmes. An added advantage for applicants would be having an interdisciplinary professional background that is in line with the areas of expertise of both programmes.

Where will you be working
The vacancy is filled within the programmes of International Business and International Human Resource Management part of the Academy of Business & Academy consists of International Business Administration (BA & IHRM) International Business (IB) Logistics Management (LM) Finance & Control Finance Tax and Advice and Accountancy (F&C FTA Acc).

What is required
We are looking for a teacher who:

• Is in possession of a Masters Degree
• Has formal training in International HRM Global Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Preferably has experience as a teacher in higher professional education and has the basic qualification of didactic competence (or is willing to obtain it).
• Preferably has experience in working in a blended learning environment.
• Preferably has experience with or knowledge of working in an internationally oriented organization and is interculturally oriented.
• Has demonstrable qualities to work in a coaching and inspiring way.
• Preferably has an excellent command of spoken and written English (C1/C2 level).

Do you have the following competencies

• Entrepreneurial.
• Organisation sensitive.
• Result oriented.

Terms of employment
Appointment takes place in the position of lecturer researcher B job scale 11 (max EUR 6.67744 gross per month) of the HBO CLA depending on relevant experience based on a full-time employment excluding 8% holiday allowance and 8.3% end-of-year bonus. The contract is (initially) for one year. During the job interviews we will explain and discuss our way of working within and between the IB and IHRM programmes. Our official language is English.
