Join our team as a Psychiatric Social Worker 4as an Electronic Health Records (EHR) clinical specialist in Olympia WA!

Behavioral Health and Habilitation Administration (BHHA) is a vital part of the Department of Social Health Services (DSHS) and needs your help to support those we serve.As a Psychiatric Social Worker 4 (PSW) youll provide clinical leadership and perspective for the strategic planning management integration and implementation of clinical information systems and technology for BHHA.

Opportunities performed on-site at this work location at least three days a week may be eligible for an additional 5% premium pay in addition to the advertised salary.

Some of what youll do:

Align workflows processes forms and assessments across all BHHA
Direct and guide staff members in the adoption of new workflow processes assessments and tools
Understand and articulate current facility workflows and apply understanding of end to end processes
Advocate for standardized solutions that deliver high quality of care
Promote EHR activities and implementation and adoption of EHR
Work with other psychiatric social work staff to consult and assist with process improvement activities
Support technical teams by analyzing complex technology issues

Outstanding clinical interpersonal communication consensus building and negotiating skills
Ability to train others
Knowledge of principles of change management
Ability to utilize critical thinking to bridge gaps between clinical business and technology
Detail oriented and capable of exploring innovative solutions to solve complex problems
Ability to use the Microsoft suite and various computer programs
Clinical Social Work License (LICSW LASW)

Who should apply
Those with a Masters degree from an approved school of social work.
AND
Three years of experience in counseling mentally or emotionally disturbed people.

Note: A degree in Social Work must be from an educational program accredited by the Counsel on Social Work Education.
