Your work will involve providing comprehensive guidance and support to clients in optimising their financial performance improving decision-making and achieving their financial goals. You will be responsible for analysing client needs developing financial solutions and offering recommendations tailored to specific business requirements.
Enhancing your leadership style you motivate develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching leveraging team members unique strengths and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

Demonstrating knowledge of software packages including MS Word Excel and PowerPoint;
Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills

Demonstrating real estate analytical and modeling skills - includes the ability toidentifyand analyze comparable sales leases and the ability to construct a discounted cash flow modelutilizingExcel or other real estate cash flow programs;
Ability to manage time prioritizetasksand produce deliverables of high quality.
Experience with new business development and pursuit activities

5-10 years
Good-to-have
CFA/FRM/CA/RICS accreditation
Accountingbackground is beneficial but not mandatory.
Excellent understanding of Real Estate Valuations
Good knowledge of Argus
Playing a role in discussions proactively ask questions and share an informed point of view
Qualification
Anybachelorsdegree with CFA/CA/CAIA/CPA/FRM /RICS accreditation or MBA ormasters degree in quantitativeStatistics Financial Engineering Economics etc.
