We are looking for a Fullstack Tech Staff Engineer to join our Sydney Team. This role requires strong expertise in .NET backend development modern frontend frameworks ( or ) and cloud-native architecture on AWS. The candidate will act as a technical leader driving innovation scalability and secure delivery of enterprise-grade applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture & Development
- Design and build robust applications using C# .NET Core Web API.
- Develop dynamic responsive frontends with or .
- Implement microservices and REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Cloud Engineering
- Architect and deploy solutions on AWS (EC2 Lambda S3 RDS DynamoDB CloudFormation).
- Optimize applications for scalability resilience and performance.
- Leadership & Collaboration
- Mentor engineers enforce coding standards and lead technical discussions.
- Partner with product managers architects and client stakeholders.
- DevOps & Automation
- Build CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions Jenkins or AWS CodePipeline.
- Containerize workloads with Docker and orchestrate using Kubernetes/EKS.
- Security & Compliance
- Apply secure coding practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Implement identity management and role-based access control.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8 years of fullstack development experience with 3 years in a senior/staff engineer role.
- Strong expertise in .NET Core C# MVC/Web API Entity Framework.
- Frontend proficiency in or TypeScript JavaScript CSS/HTML.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda EC2 S3 RDS DynamoDB CloudFormation).
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL SQL Server MongoDB).
- Familiarity with Docker Kubernetes CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Developer certification.
- Exposure to event-driven architectures (Kafka SNS/SQS).
- Prior experience in BFSI or enterprise-scale transformation projects.
