As a Customer Success Executive you will play a pivotal role in driving client growth and satisfaction within a leading fintech ecosystem. You will manage end-to-end onboarding configure complex SaaS applications to meet business requirements and foster long-term relationships. This role is essential for translating client needs into functional software solutions.

What you will do:

• Lead customer onboarding and configuration of SaaS applications to align with specific client business requirements and goals.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to gather feedback and address concerns through proactive communication.

• Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications to drive product growth and improve internal processes.

The ideal candidate:

• Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an autonomous self-motivated mindset and a curiosity for learning new technologies.

• Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously.

• Has experience in SaaS environments ideally familiar with Agile Scrum methodologies and project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
