Job Purpose and Impact
The Brand Manager will support the use specific marketing strategies and media (e.g. print broadcast digital) to launch and position products and services in a role combines strategic thinking blended with hands on execution across insight mining product management marketing campaigns media and GTM/Commercial alignment.
Key Accountabilities
- In collaboration with the account managers support customer analysis for individuals or groups of customers using Cargill marketing tools.
- Participate in evaluating and modifying promotion or advertising programs.
- Working closely with sales and distribution partners to accumulate market knowledge and integrate market intelligence with the data reports.
- Define brand positioning value proposition and communications strategy.
- Identify market issues and opportunities based on trends competition and consumer insights.
- Help produce informational material for the sales force and communications media to reach maximum number of customers and prospects.
- Help plan create and produce marketing advertising and sales promotion materials to implement marketing strategies and sales objectives.
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Design channel specific execution plan in alliance with the sales team in General Trade Modern Trade CSD and Quick CommerceDrive brand presence across digital platforms ecommerce and marketplaces
- Monitor performance metrics such as CAC ROAS engagement and conversions
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA /PGDBM Marketing from top business school
- 5-6 years sales & marketing experience preferable in FMCG 1-2 years in brand management.
- Experience in digital and ecommerce will be an advantage.
