About the Role

Were seeking an experienced ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant to support ongoing client delivery across a range of ServiceNow implementations and transformation programs. This is a handson contract role where youll work closely with crossfunctional delivery teams and client stakeholders across the full solution lifecycle from discovery and design through build testing deployment and hyper care. Youll bring strong technical expertise a consulting mindset and the ability to deliver confidently in dynamic environments.

Role Responsibilities

Configure develop and implement ServiceNow solutions across one or more modules.
Partner with clients during requirements gathering solution design and delivery activities.
Contribute to solution architecture technical design and implementation planning.
Build customise and extend ServiceNow functionality using scripting and configuration best practice.
Support testing deployment and postgolive hyper care activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver highquality outcomes across multiple workstreams.

You enjoy working collaboratively within crossfunctional consulting and delivery teams.
You are comfortable operating in fastpaced environments where priorities and scope may evolve.
You maintain high delivery standards and professionalism while managing deadlines and client expectations.

Experience Were Looking For

3 years of handson ServiceNow administration and development experience across implementations and support.
Experience delivering solutions across one or more ServiceNow modules such as ITSM ITOM ITAM CSM HRSD IRM SPM or similar.
Strong technical capability including scripting customisation and configuration best practice.
Experience working across the SDLC including requirements definition design documentation and agile delivery.
Familiarity with integrations and APIs (REST/SOAP) Integration Hub and data transformation.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain technical solutions to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Key Eligibility

these roles requires Australian Citizenship at a minimum and a current Baseline or

higher AGSVA security clearance or the ability and willingness to obtain one.
