Job Summary

As an Operations Consultant (After Hours) you will provide front-line support to both clients and nurses ensuring shifts are filled efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service. You will work collaboratively with our state-based teams to ensure smooth transitions between day and after-hours operations.

Day to day!

  • Provide high-quality customer service to both clients and agency nurses
  • Coordinate and manage shift allocations to ensure client needs are met
  • Maintain accurate records within the internal bookings system
  • Monitor nurse availability and match staff to shifts based on skillset and continuity
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients and agency staff
  • Support business development by identifying opportunities to promote HCA services
  • Communicate effectively with state-based Operations and Business Managers
  • Assist with operational updates incentives and campaigns where required
  • Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and WHS guidelines

Lets talk about you!

You have experience in customer service call centre recruitment coordination or administration with strong communication and relationship-building skills. You are highly organised detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team along with intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
