Main purpose of the Job
- Product Marketing and Sales promotion
Pricing marketing activities creation of sales materials and coordination of product launches
Utilize marketing information from competitors activities in the market
Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales plans and targetsand support presentations to key customers
- Training and Knowledge Management
Commercial and technical product training for dealers and employees
Establish information management strategies by collecting best practices and troubleshooting cases
- Product and quality management
Product support and Follow up on product quality issues and manage regulatory investigations and compliance
- Bridge between sales and cluster & Service support
Collaboration between sales and manufacturing
Provide sales and service support through MQAH solutions including troubleshooting
Primary responsibilities
- Aftermarket products (Especially MQAH) marketing analyses & launch the suitable product according to the market demand Increase the market share of MQAH products
- Solution support to sales service organization on MQAH< area. improve the customer satisfaction
- Compliance-based product management and Application document updates
Education
- Commercial & Marketing analyses knowledge ;
- University degree major in physiology and chemistry agriculture or experience in importing and selling chemical products and veterinary pharmaceuticals
- More than 3 years working experience in dairy farm advising and technical support
- Good skill in office work on PC
- Nice to have experience in regulatory research and compliance management within the industry
