Instructional Designer

• Meet with Subject Matter Experts to conduct Front End Analysis/Task Analyses and document content-specific knowledge to support training development

• Develop SMART Learning Objectives

• Design and develop all training content (instructor slides handbooks scripts storyboards web-based training decks interactivity modules quizzes activities etc.)

• Create assessments per the defined assessment strategy

• Provides support to facilitate answer validation sessions ensuring assessments are well-aligned and defensible.

• Review training content created by other team members

• Peer to Peer mentorship and upskilling

Required skills/Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in education learning theory Instructional design and/or related discipline field or equivalent practical 10 yrs experience in lieu of degree.

• 3 years of experience designing developing and delivering learning using multiple media.

• Experience using Articulate to create training content

• Strong organizational skills.

• Experience with documentation technical writing and narrative scripting.

• Tolerance and enthusiasm for working with ambiguity and change.

• Experience with e-learning authoring software; i.e. Articulate Storyline 360 Evolve Google slides for course development.

• Strong QA/QC skills

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with technical topics or environments (e.g. computers programming networking front-end development etc.).

• Experience migrating training courses into Cornerstone or other LMS

• Video editing such as Premier Final cut Camtasia etc.

• Experience in corporate education

• (L4) Learning Management System - Cornerstone

• (L4) SQL queries and visualization of key performance metrics

• Experience with Google Suite Adobe Suite Buganizer
