About the Role

The Designer is a Philippines-based shared resource supportingtheglobal marketing function across New ZealandAustraliaand North America. This role sits within the Marketing Centre of Excellence (CoE) andis responsible forproducing high-quality on-brand creative assets that support regional campaigns digital channels events salesenablementand contentprogrammes.

Working from briefs provided by regional marketing teams and theCoEbrand lead this roleoperatesas a core production resource for the global marketing team ensuring brand is consistently and professionally expressed across all formats and markets.

Job Responsibilities

Design & Asset Production

  • Design and produce a wide range of marketing assets including digital ads social media graphics email headers landing page visuals presentations event materialsbrochuresand sales collateral.

  • Execute creative briefs from regional marketing teams accurately and to a high standard meeting agreed timelines and quality benchmarks.

  • Resize and adapt existing assets for use across different formats channels and regions whilemaintainingbrand integrity.

  • Prepare print-ready files and digital assetsoptimisedfor relevant platforms and specifications.

  • Manage version control and assetorganisationwithintheglobal creative library ensuring files are current correctlynamedand accessible.

Brand Consistency

  • Apply brand guidelines accurately across all creative outputmaintainingconsistency in typographycolourimageryand tone across all three regions.

  • Flagany brief or asset that would compromise brand standards and propose compliant alternatives.

  • Support the global brand custodian (Head of Marketing NZ) inmaintainingand updating brand asset libraries and templates.

Collaboration & Workflow

  • Work withintheglobal project management system picking up briefs updatingstatusand delivering assets according to agreed workflows.

  • Employ AI tools to streamline andoptimisespeed and quality outputs.

  • Collaborate with regional marketing managers contentwritersand digital specialists to deliver integrated campaign assets on time.

  • Communicate proactively on capacity timelines and any issues that may affect delivery.

To be successful in this role you willdemonstrate:

  • Strong visual design sense with an eye for detailproportionand brand consistency

  • Comfortable working to briefs and delivering at pace without compromising quality

  • Organisedand methodical in managing multiple concurrent projects and deadlines

  • Collaborative and responsive with a proactive communication style

  • Open to feedback and able to iterate quickly based on stakeholder input

  • A strong curiosity to explore and adopt AI tools to drive efficiency and higher performance.

Skills & Required Experience

  • 24 years of experience in a graphic design or visual marketing role preferably in a B2B or technology environment

  • Proficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign) and/or Canva Pro

  • Experience designing across digital and print formats including social media digital advertising emailpresentationsand event collateral

  • Strong working knowledge of design principles including typography layoutcolourtheory and visual hierarchy

  • Experience working with brand guidelines andmaintainingbrand consistency across varied asset types

  • Familiarity with file preparation for digital and print production

  • Experience using project management or creative workflow tools (e.g. Asana or similar)

  • Motion graphics or video editing skillsadvantageousbut not essential

  • ExperienceinapplyingAI-assisted design tools and emerging creative technology is highly regarded
