Team Leader Operations
Location: Remote (Philippines preferred)
Compensation: $1500 $1700 USD/month (The final offer is at the clients discretion and depends on the candidates interview result skills and experience.)

Our client is a fast-growing digital services company focused on content verification and copyright compliance. The company is looking to strengthen its operations in the Philippines by hiring a hands-on team leader to manage existing staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Role Overview
The Team Leader Operations will oversee the clients current Philippine-based team ensuring tasks are completed efficiently processes run smoothly and team members are motivated. This is a fully operational role focused on execution task delegation and performance oversight rather than strategic planning. The ideal candidate thrives in a remote environment is highly organised and can take ownership of the teams output.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate the current remote team in the Philippines
- Assign tasks monitor progress and ensure high-quality work
- Experience creating and managing SOPs
- Conduct regular check-ins and provide constructive feedback
- Manage workflows timelines and resource allocation to meet objectives
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements
- Maintain clear communication with leadership and cross-functional teams
- Ensure team compliance with company standards and client expectations
- Support a positive team culture and employee engagement

- Proven experience managing remote teams ideally in the Philippines
