Job Title: Warehouse/Delivery Driver (Odessa/West Texas)
- SCHEDULE: Starting at 6 AM
- COMPENSATION: $27 per hour paid weekly.
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable safety-focused and hardworking Warehouse Associate/Deliver Driver to join our West Texas team. This hybrid role is responsible for both the safe delivery of products to customers and the efficient handling of warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable driving a box truck or steak bed loading and unloading materials and supporting day-to-day warehouse functions while maintaining high standards of safety accuracy and professionalism.
This position offers assigned equipment competitive pay with bonuses and the opportunity to be home daily while contributing to a fast-paced and growing operation.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery AND Driving
- Safely operate an assigned truck to deliver products to customer locations
- Load and unload materials at the warehouse and delivery sites
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while following DOT and company regulations
- Maintain a clean driving record and comply with all safety requirements
Warehouse Operations
- Receive inspect and process incoming shipments
- Pick pack and prepare orders for delivery
- Assemble and package products accurately and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies
- Keep the warehouse clean organized and safe
- Follow all warehouse safety protocols and best practices
Qualifications AND Requirements
- Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement preferred
- Previous delivery driving experience required
- Warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability and willingness to load/unload materials and lift up to 50 lbs
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and background
- Stable employment history
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Reliable punctual and detail-oriented
