Civmec is proud to be delivering the Civil Structural Mechanical Piping Electrical & Instrumentation scopes for Fortescues pioneering Green Iron Project located near Christmas Creek in the Pilbara.
This landmark initiative is central to Fortescues strategy to decarbonise steel production using hydrogenplacing our team at the forefront of building a truly sustainable industry.
Join our team as a Completions Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Quality Team whilst ensuring all administrative tasks are performed efficiently and effectively.
The Role
- Configuration of test pack requests for ITRs and review of Asset Type relationships Punchlist Categories Work Packages.
- Generation of Inspection tasks for field completion activities.
- Expediting Completion of ITRs and closure of punch items.
- Support project team in the collation of completions documentation for handover Dossiers and project MDRs.
- Ensure QAQC records are progressively completed and signed off in accordance with schedule.
About You
To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
- Experience in a Completions / Commissioning System related role Preferably in the construction / completions sector.
- Knowledge of project quality completions and commissioning systems.
- Experience in compilation of project MDRs.
- Have strong problem-solving skills with the ability to overcome challenges autonomously.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
