The Role:

Contract Support responsibilities are to provide assistance to sales with data entry and administrative activities supporting the up-front new sale and renewal management process. Ensure the timely and accurate processing of contracts post client acceptance of commercial proposal. Improve accuracy in revenue reflected in sales pipeline and forecast through order management and reconciliation. Manage pro-active communication to Sales Reps to ensure renewal contracts are reviewed and reconciled prior to invoicing. Assist to trouble shoot all customer queries on invoices and product fulfillment. Acts as a lesion between sales and Order Management review team to ensure smooth order processing.

Responsibilities & Impact:

  • Assist the team manager in running day to day operational activities
  • Help the team manager improve team performance through various tasks assigned to make the team and process more efficient
  • Act as point of contact when the team manager is not available and also help with mentoring and coaching team members as needed
  • Perform contract data entry into CPQ for deal creation of large subscriptions and manage opportunity as part of the deal process
  • This role is responsible for all global orders new amendments and renewals with an emphasis on Global majors Strategic Customers Large Regional Customer & highly complex orders for order resolution
  • Track status of cases to ensure smooth transaction processing from deal creation to fulfillment
  • Monitor escalations from Order Management to sales. Gather response or clarity from sales for prompt completion
  • Assist sales with client resolutions to questions concerning products billing account/contract status change of address cancellation requests refund requests and all pertinent queries
  • Provide the highest level of contract management support to Sales & BPMS regularly attend Sales Pipeline planning meeting & report subscription status on key accounts both written & verbally as needed.
  • 100% adherence to CPQ ecosystem and adoption of all service procedures that provides the business partners with comprehensive and actionable solutions-oriented metrics.
  • Meet or exceed business SLAs and business process requirements through effective prioritization timely problem resolution & follow all prioritization instructions
  • Work across S&P Global Energy organization to resolve any sales contract management issues in a timely manner
  • Understand required contractual documents (SA MSA Affiliates Rider etc.) ensuring compliance with pricing and legal rules as needed
  • Reconcile Renewal Pricing for Sales subscription review: Apply business renewal rules YoY price adjustments & analytics
  • Contribute to regular review suggestions collaboration & updating of all processes & workflows within the department
  • Document all activities communication and progress in CPQ
  • Provide information as needed for audit as required
  • Completes other assignments as required and/or assigned.

What Were Looking For:

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent education
  • and experience.

Work Experience:

  • 3 - 5 years of related work experience or related degree.
  • Customer service experience or working in
  • Fast paced environment with Sales Organization
  • Experience on data entry and processing
  • and working within a team

Language Requirements:

  • Excellent English-speaking skills required

  • The incumbent should have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and remain cognizant of deadlines and schedules.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changeable environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
  • Ability to regularly demonstrate competency on all orders ranging from simple to complex

Work Schedule/Travel/On Call etc.:

  • Work overtime as needed during the month end close.
  • Flexible schedule to meet important deadlines.
  • Occasional travel may be required
  • Occasional work on Manila Holidays may be required
