Position Summary:
Drives efficiency visibility and sustainable growth across the division by blending sales support data-driven insights and disciplined operational execution. This role is responsible for translating data into clear strategic insights that inform leadership decisions and drive growth initiatives while maintaining a highly detail-oriented administrative foundation to ensure accuracy consistency and risk mitigation across processes and reporting. A strong sales background is highly beneficial as the role works closely alongside sales professionals understands their day-to-day needs and pressures and helps enable their success through thoughtful CRM strategy and consolidated reporting. A background in social media and digital marketing further supports day-to-day effectiveness by enabling better alignment with modern sales behaviors content usage and digital engagement workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to identify trends interpret data and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM (campaign management database administration reporting).
- Strong social media management experience across all major platforms.
- Familiarity with YouTube SEO thumbnails and publishing best practices.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills with an ability to write engaging and concise content.
- Bonus Points: Graphic design competency with tools like Canva or equivalent platforms and/or website design and publishing background with tools like wordpress etc
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in public relations communications marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of marketing experience within a professional environment preferred
- This is a 100% onsite role based in our Irvine CA officecandidate must be able to commute to the office five days a week.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $38.85 and $40.86.
