We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join one of the nations most integrated healthcare systems with over 1300 providers in Indianapolis IN. This Advanced Practice Provider opportunity is located at our Community Heart and Vascular Hospital on our north campus.

Highlights

Community Physician Network is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work alongside our General Cardiology team at Community Heart and Vascular Hospital located in Indianapolis IN.

Full-time days

Weekend / call rotation is required. Frequency of each will be determined by the practice.

Multidisciplinary approach with the team of specialty physicians and advanced practice providers

Competitive compensation & excellent benefits package

Experience in Advanced Heart Failure is strongly preferred

Hard working proactive and a team player that is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care

New graduate Nurse Practitioners will be considered; must have at least 35 years of RN experience in inpatient cardiac / ICU settings

Licensure & Certifications

Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana
