Residential Childrens Home Deputy Manager Weymouth

Job Title: Residential Childrens Home Deputy Manager
Location: Weymouth
Salary:per annum DOE 50 per sleep-in
Working Hour: Full-time rota basis
Number of Sleeps Required: Paid sleep-ins (as required)
Pay Per Sleep: 50 per sleep-in
Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: YPs 5 to 17 EBD Trauma Complex Needs
Qualifications Required:

  • Level 3 Children & Young Peoples Workforce (or equivalent)

  • Full UK Driving Licence
    Experience in Years Required: Minimum 2 years as Deputy Manager (or Team Leader with 2 years relevant experience)
    Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time
    Closing Date: Monday 16th February 2026

Do not apply if you only hold HealthCare NHS CQC or Nursery Practitioner qualifications. Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted-registered childrens home will not be considered.

Type of YPs: 517 years old EBD Trauma Complex Needs
Ratio of Staff to Children: High staff-to-child ratio
