Make an Impact by
- Supporting the delivery and operations of enterprise network infrastructures with hands-on involvement in Wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) and Passive Optical LAN (POL) technologies.
- Assisting in activities such as Wi-Fi design AP provisioning RF analysis POL configuration (OLT/ONT) fibre patching and monitoring overall network performance.
- Working closely with senior network engineers to troubleshoot issues optimise network performance and maintain accurate technical documentation.
- Gaining practical experience using industry platforms such as Aruba Central On-Prem NetGain NMS and vendor-specific tools for Wi-Fi and POL operations.
- Learning ITIL-based processes in incident change and problem management.
Skills for Success
- A degree in Computer Science Network Engineering Information Technology or a related field.
- Foundational networking knowledge; CCNA or vendor certifications (e.g. Aruba ACSP/ACSA Huawei HCIA) are a plus.
- Familiarity with Wi-Fi and fibre technologies.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in enterprise networking and ICT operations.
