Job Description
As a member of our Talent Solutions Sales Team you will be a part of an experienced group of sales professionals who are bringing LinkedIns Talent Solutions productsto this hybrid sales role you will have full-cycle responsibility for both driving new business and maintaining an existing book of client relationships for our Hong Kong and Taiwan market.
Our team operates like a startup so we are looking for candidates with entrepreneurial DNA. You can handle ambiguity and improvise new processes when needed. Youwill be dedicated to making our customers stronger and seeking out opportunities for growth. You will also strategically approach government agencies and educational institutions identifying their talentstrategies before aligning with our solutions. Although you possess a strategic approach to selling and strive to meet/exceed revenue goals you will always have your clients best interest in mind and act as their internal advocate to ensure they are set up for success.
Qualifications :
Responsibilities:
Drive demand for new product solutions within accountsand/or meaningfully upsell existing accounts and developing new accountsin Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Establish executive-levelrelationships
Manage customer relationships for revenue and relationship growth both over the phone online and in-personmeetings
Maintain prospecting activity to build a healthy pipeline and increase revenue/marketshare
Develop and execute a strategic plan for the territory and provide reliableforecasts
Act as a brand evangelist to improve awareness & understanding of LinkedIn Talent Solutions
Close new business consistently at or above quota level
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional salespartners
Additional Information :
Basic Qualifications:
2 years of sales experience or a combination of sales and public sector relations experience.
Business fluency both inEnglish and Cantonese for written and verbal communication to communicate with our differentstakeholders
Experiencewith using IT solutions (e.g. Microsoft Office CRM) to manage workflow
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with HR SaaS or IT solutions in public and academic or human resource sector preferred
Knowledge of software contract terms and conditions with the ability to create fair transactions
Good understanding of how public sector works familiar with tender and procurement process in public sector
Strong negotiation and accurate forecasting skills
Demonstrated ability to find manage and close high-level business in an evangelist sales environment
Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to inform decision making and persuade others
Ability to manage a large number of prospect situations simultaneously while positioning company products against direct and indirect competitors
Analytical mindset and effective communicator
Team player and good collaborator
Embrace growth mindset and is a fast learner
Business Fluency in Mandarin
