Job Summary
The candidate will support with data reporting visualization and automation requirements cutting across multiple programs within IN Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) organization. These programs cut across different Fulfillment Center (FC)-specific workstreams encompassing both Business and Supply-Chain elements such as Selection strategy Inbound Capacity Management Inventory Health and Removals.
FBA is a strategic program with high leadership visibility within Amazon. This is a chance to work alongside an innovative team in a fast-paced environment. Our teams objective is to provide the capability for merchants to obtain the benefit of Fulfillment by Amazon including all the superior performance of receive store pick pack ship transportation and customer service whilst serving our customers at the fastest speed.
Key job responsibilities
1. Analyze large datasets to surface specific problem statements around seller experience or operational/supply-chain constraints.
2. Create data reports metrics or visualizations related to the FBA program or sub-programs to facilitate quick insights on problems/key patterns observed.
3. Identify opportunities implement mechanisms and execute on automating data-extraction/reporting practices prevalent in the team.
- 1 years of data analytics or automation experience
- 1 years of capacity planning operations planning business analysis or similar experience
- Bachelors degree
- Knowledge of data pipelining and extraction using SQL
- Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level
- Experience with data mining tools like SQL SAS SPSS or similar
- Are enrolled in or have completed a Bachelors degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics mathematics economics computer science or any related quantitative field
