The Role

Mission

Your mission is to develop new and important customers or sub-segment promote company product & solution and achieve sales revenue for responsible territory or segment.

Major Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Perform SWOT analysis for responsible territory market or sub-segment collect information about competition potential market volume current market share and customers feedback.
  • Aggressively exploit the responsible to identify new target customers and new sales opportunities.
  • Plan and organize sales activities such as demo seminars WTL line audits solution presentationetc. to find out customer needs and transform opportunities to order.
  • Actively promote new products and automation solutions based on customer needs.
  • Cooperate with customer and project team in customer project collect customers needs analyze the application and provide solution to satisfy customer with values.
  • Cooperate with marketing team in market activities and market analysis.
  • Cooperate with service project to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Cooperate with Finance department to improve the performance of receivable & overdue.
  • Build maintain broaden and strengthen good relationship with customers distributors and MTBs.
  • Find select develop and manage distributor if applicable.
  • Report timely and accurately in Salesforce.
  • Continuously improve job required competence personality and behavior.

  • 与财务团队合作改善应收账款和逾期账款的情况
  • 建立维护扩大和加强与客户分销商和线体商的良好关系
  • 寻找选择发展和管理分销商如适用
  • 在 Salesforce 系统中及时准确地报告
  • 不断提高工作所需的能力和行为

What we expect of you

Education & Experience

  • University degree or above with engineering background
  • At least 5 years working experience as sales
  • Industrial/machinery industry background is required
  • Premium brands selling experience is required
