Sales and Offer Support Engineer

Act as a key resource to provide professional technical support & suitable solution on cranes hoist & steel structure products in offering and design. Working on special application developing and innovating on existing products. Be responsible for communication and coordination between internal and external customers.

Key Activities职位描述

• Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales team including requirements clarification solution configuration and quotation support to ensure timely and competitive offers.
• Develop proposal and engineering solutions and complete detailed design deliverables for wire rope hoists EOT cranes under-running cranes and related products.
• Design special crane applications and steel structures; drive product improvement and/or development initiatives to meet customer specifications and application requirements.
• Support technical team activities including engineering standards deployment training and technical coordination.
• Coordinate engineering projects with internal teams and subcontractors to resolve technical issues across design manufacturing and delivery.
• Conduct site visits to analyse applications gather customer feedback and implement compliant design modifications or product upgrades.
• Implement product modifications or upgrades in accordance with customer requirements ensuring compliance with applicable standards and internal engineering processes.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.
• Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standard.

Qualifications :

Skills & Knowledge:

• Bachelors degree or above; Major in mechanical engineering steel structure engineering or other crane related;
• At least 3 years relevant experience and proven skills related to product development activities on machine or structure design;
• Familiar with related industrial crane standards and regulations;
• Experience in crane and lifting equipment industry is preferred;
• Engineering design and project management experience in multinational environment is preferred;
• Good computer skills;
• Good English skills in both oral and written;
• Excellent communication and coordination skills;
